Joining our Studio Workshops FAQ
How early should I arrive for the workshop?
We recommend arriving 15 minutes early for check-in and a chance to enjoy a meet-and-greet with your fellow participants. This also ensures we can start the workshop promptly.
What happens if I need to reschedule my workshop?
We understand that plans can change. You’re welcome to move your booking up to two times at no extra charge, subject to availability. Please notify us as soon as possible so we can make the necessary arrangements.
What if I can’t attend due to illness or an emergency?
If you can’t make it, we’ll do our best to accommodate you on another date (up to two moves allowed). Unfortunately, we can’t offer refunds for last-minute cancellations.
How do I find you on Google Maps?
Please look for us under “Church Lane, Shearsby”. Flowers by Stephanie is the last dwelling on the left as you drive down the lane.
